Professional Course in Cake Making & Decorating
(Level 2) (WEDDING CAKE STRUCTURE COURSE)

Following this course, you will become a professional cake designer at step by step
CLASSES WILL START
WEEKEND CLASSES: OCTOBER 17TH, SATURDAY, 2020. (9.30 AM TO 1.30 PM)
WEEKDAY CLASSES: OCTOBER 16TH, FRIDAY, 2020. ( 9.30 AM TO 1.30 PM)

Course Duration- 3 Months (once a week class, Four hours per week)
We will arrange your practical experience, individually or as a small group according to very hygienic conditions.
Practical Time: Unlimited


Course Contents:
 Correct tips to choose best ingredients and Instruments for cake making and decorating
 Practicing Advance Piping techniques including Border Decoration and Piped Sugar Flowers, (Butter Icing & Royal Icing).
 Royal Icing decorations.
 How to make Sugar Flowers from decor paste.
 Dusting method, fingertip method, Airbrush methods & including other methods too, plaques & sugar ornaments.
 Individually Practicing latest Wedding Cake structure Designs.
 Flower arrangement.
 GOLDEN WEDDING CAKE PIECES.
THE FEE IS INCLUSIVE OF:
